St Johns Leisure Centre - Worcester

Client – Bowmer & Kirkland – Derby – Construction dates – April – September 2008.
End user – Worcester City Council

EGP Ltd was awarded the complete design build package to provide full Mechanical services to a new build Sports Centre. The facilities were provided as part of the New Sainsbury’s store development in the St John’s area of Worcester.

Main Services features:-

• New sports Hall with Underfloor heating and Heat recovery ventilation. Design was in full compliance with Sport England design Guidelines.
• Energy saving VRV heat pump heating and cooling to dance studios, 2 No fitness studios, Crèche and offices.
• New energy 92.5% efficient condensing boilers.
• Full LPHW pipework services.
• Full Hot & Cold pipework services.
• Above ground drainage.
