Protecting the health and safety of our workforce is a core business value at EGP. We strive every day to promote a positive culture in order to create an injury, ill-health and incident-free working environment, both for our employees and sub-contractors.

One element of this culture is empowering our employees to recognise the prioritisation of their own health and safety over business considerations, a philosophy supported by all levels of management.

Operating nationwide in a number of different disciplines requires health and safety systems tailored to each site. This we achieve with the input of personnel from Managing Director level down to site operative. This encourages all employees to think about health and safety on site and ensures buy-in at all levels.

We recognise that a safe and healthy working environment leads to increased productivity, quality and value. Our aim is to achieve and maintain zero accidents and incidents through the use of strong management implementing robust controls.
