EGP`s overall approach to the management of environmental issues is guided by our Integrated Management System. EGP recognizes the impacts on the environment of its business activities and works to mitigate those impacts by continually monitoring and measuring its environmental aspects using key performance indicators (KPIs).

These measurements enable us to produce realistic objectives and targets enabling us to reduce our year-on-year environmental impact.

Our Environmental Policy Statement outlines our intention to ensure we manage all our work and its impacts effectively, prevent pollution and continuously improve the operation and environmental management of our activities.

By benchmarking our performance with industry standards we can tailor our management programmes to ensure resources are trained where they are needed most, and by closely measuring and monitoring progress, we aim to enhance our reputation as a responsible business.

EGP`s waste management policy follows the principles of the `3 Rs` (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), which covers all waste streams generated through the daily operations of the organisation. All waste streams produced are segregated and disposed of in compliance with current environmental legislation.
